Custom Millwork Shop

New Space Renovations is a company that combines the work of extremely creative designers and carpentry experts with innovative technology. This is what gives us the ultimate edge over the competition and drives our success.

Unlike other renovation companies operating in the area, we do not outsource our design or manufacturing work elsewhere. With the use of our own custom millwork shop we are able to bring your ideas to life right here, and at reduced costs.

The result is a company that operates in a fully self-sufficient manner, offering our clients everything they need. This includes the design and manufacture, not just installation of features and fixtures. A one-stop-shop in every meaning of the word.

How Does a Custom Millwork Shop Actually Work?

A custom millwork shop operates in the following principle:

  1. A sketch is made by a designer, creating the specifics of your vision. For example, custom kitchen cabinetry, or a custom made bathroom vanity.
  2. A 3D model of the sketch is created in a modeling software, and adjusted according to the client’s comments.
  3. The 3D model is ‘fed’ to an automated milling machine that takes materials and mills them to the correct shape.

Most of the process is automated, driving up quality and reducing costs, especially since it’s done in-house. While most of our competitors offer standard catalogue options to their clients (whatever millwork houses offer) and occasionally accept custom orders, we can make every order customized. In fact, we accept subcontract orders from other renovation companies who need custom millwork done for their clients.

So what can we do with it? Here’s a brief list.

  1. Commercial Millwork
  2. Residential Furniture
  3. Custom Cabinetry
  4. Retail store fixtures
  5. Custom-made furniture
  6. And much more
